“The Perfect way to start your day” Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 7:00 a.m. to

CHECK-OUT TIME
If the hotel is fully booked it is unlikely that the hotel will offer you the late check-out option. Please request the hotel reception to keep your luggage until your departure (after having checked out before 11:00 noon). If you really need the room, the final option is to pay for an entire additional night.

LOST AND FOUND
The hotel has a lost & found section which is part of our Housekeeping Department. In line with local regulations, non-valuable lost and found items will be stored for a period of three months and after which, the items will be discarded. Valuable items are handed over to the local police authorities after a period of six months.

FIRE SAFETY
Please, read carefully the following information and instructions:
Equipment
Our hotel has all the necessary fire extinguishing equipment, in accordance with the Europeans standards. On each floor there are:
- Smoke detectors in the corridors, the stairway and the communal areas, which automatically activate the hotel’s general alarm system.
- Red alarm bells to activate the fire alarm system, when necessary.
- Regulation standard kits containing all necessary fire extinguishing devices.
- Portable fire extinguishers.
- Water hoses, located across from the elevators to be used only by qualified staff.
- Pinned behind the door of each room a plan indicating the fire exit from the main stairs.
Preventive measures
- Upon arrival, please familiarize yourself with the location of the staircase and fire extinguishers.
- If you are hard of hearing or have any other disability which would affect your exit in the event of a fire, please inform the reception upon arrival.
- The use of appliances (such as kettles and electric irons) other than those provided by the hotel is forbidden.
- Do not attempt to repair any electrical malfunction in your room. Contact the reception.
- Should you discover that something from the equipment does not function properly, please contact the reception desk immediately.
In case of fire
- Contact the reception desk immediately at 100 or 200.
- Sound the alarm immediately, by breaking the glass in one of the call-points on each floor.
- Use the main stairways.
- Do not use the lifts.
- Listen carefully and calmly to the instructions given by our personnel or firemen.
- Please make sure you are familiar with the fire exit routes from your room. Do not jeopardize your safety by staying behind to collect your personal belongings.
- Give assistance to children and people who need help.
- To get away from a smoke-filled area, cover your face with a wet towel.
- If the fire is small, use the nearest fire extinguisher.
- To enable the management to ensure that all persons in the hotel have been accounted for in an emergency, you are requested to assemble outside the hotel’s main entrance.
