FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
Athens International Airport is approximately 50 km away from our hotel. Hotel to airport shuttle service is not available however we are happy to assist you with getting here.
Private car
We can arrange a taxi, limo or minivan for you. The driver will hold a sign with your name and will be waiting for you at the arrivals section. Send us your travel details to info@montaza.gr
Taxi
You could always take a taxi from the taxi stand at the airport from the arrivals area, close to where the airport buses depart. The cost is around 45 Euros. From 11:30pm to 5:30am additional charges apply.
Metro
Trains for Metro depart from the airport’s train station at the airport departures level. They operate 7 days a week from 6:30am to 11:30pm and the trip takes approximately 40 minutes. One way metro tickets cost 10 Euros per person (5 Euros for reduced ticket). You purchase a return ticket within 48 hours at a cost of 18 Euros and a 3 -day tourist ticket 22 Euros per person. Use line 3(blue line ) from Airport- Douk.Plakentias- Aghia Marina and change at Syntagma Metro station to Metro line2 (red line) towards Elliniko Metro station. Disembark at Syngrou Fix Metro station and the hotel is 1000 meters away.
Bus-Public transport
Express airport shuttle services are just outside the airport arrivals area available 24 hours a day and 7 days per week. Tickets cost 6 Euros per person, reduced tickets cost 3 Euros per person and are valid for one way. You can also use a 3 day tourist ticket for all public transport (1 two-way ticket for the airport included) at a cost of 22 Euros per person. Regarding transfer by bus you could embark on bus X95 and disembark at Syntagma square. From that point you would have to change to the local bus (number A2, 040), located where the airport buses depart/arrive, and get down to Panteios stop only a few meters away from the main hotel entrance. Alternatively, from Syntagma square take the metro, disembark at Syngrou Fix Metro station and the hotel is 1000 meters away.
